FLAT RATE Shipping

Orders placed online may qualify for our $15.00 FLAT RATE SHIPPING. (Some exceptions may apply)

All orders will be shipped by our carrier of choice, but usually we use Canada Post Expedited Business Service.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING has some exclusions:

• Ammunition
• Firearms
• Certain Fishing Rods
• Dangerous/Hazardous Goods
• Oversize and/or Overweight Items
• Sale and Clearance Items
• Motorized Products
• Not valid on return shipments
• Shipping to Remote Out of Area Locations
• Applies to Stock On Hand - No Special Orders
• Applies to Online Orders Only - No Cash Value
• Other exclusions may apply as deemed by management

If your order does not qualify for flat rate shipping for any reason, we will contact you to explain and confirm any additional charges.

We usually ship Canada Post Expedited, but we can ship by other carriers if requested at the customers expense.

Orders are shipped out in the order they are received.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be sent when the order is shipped.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted but do not qualify for FLAT RATE SHIPPING.

Please contact us if you have any issues with your order so we can arrange for replacement or return instructions to ensure proper credit is issued to you in a timely manner.
